And since it’s Finals Week, I have yet to make it to the gym. Might make it today, definitely make it tomorrow.

Day 55 - Deadline (16.1% w00t!)

Slightly-Bad news: I’ve been using the scale wrong again. The first time I was weighing on carpet, which messed up the scale’s results. This time I wasn’t always placing my feet in the right spot for the fat readings. Oops.

Really Good news:
Weight: 174.0 lbs. (Goal: 175lbs.)
Body Fat%: 16.1% (Goal: 16%)

I’m 0.1% off from my goal (16%) but I’m calling it a successful project anyway. W00t!

Fat 31.6114 - 28.014 = 3.5974 lost
Lean 144.99 - 145.99 = 1 gained!

Doh. On the upside, I’m lower fat than I’ve ever been. Unfortunately, I’m having a hard time gaining a lot of muscle back.

And I definitely should have been updating (and photographing) more often! Looks like I’m not going to make my goal (since that goal is due tomorrow). And I’ve noticed that I need to have enough sleep, or I just can’t myself to work out the next morning. (ie: staying up until 3am is a bad idea)
