Goal: 16% body fat, enlarge arms, cut fat on abs

Stats:
Weight: 174.2 lbs. (Lost 2.4 lbs. Goal: 175lbs.)
Body Fat: 16.6% (Lost 1.3% ~= 2.69 lbs of fat. Goal: 16%)

Circumference Measurements (un-flexed inches):
Neck: 15
Upper Arm: right 11.25 left 11 (Goal: 13)
Fore Arm: 11 (Goal: 12)
Chest: 35.5 (Lost 1 inch)
Waist: 35.5 (Lost 1 inch, Goal: 35.5)
Hips: 38 (Lost 1/2 inch)
Thigh: 22.5
Calf: 15

New goal (16% by 6/4) & stats

So, I’ll explain more later, but I’ve got a new goal of 16% body fat by Dead Week.

Upper Arm: right 11.25 left 11 (Goal: 13)
Fore Arm: 11 (Goal: 12)
Chest: 36.5
Waist: 36.25 (Goal: 35.5)
Hips: 38.5
Thigh: 22.5
Calf: 15.5

Skin Fold Measurements (millimeters):
[I don't have anything to measure that with yet. Might get it in a few weeks, depending on how I'm doing.]
