So, I’ll explain more later, but I’ve got a new goal of 16% body fat by Dead Week.

New Goal: 16% body fat, enlarge arms, cut fat on abs
Stats:
Weight: 176.6 lbs. (Goal: 175lbs.)
Body Fat%: 17.9% (Goal: 16%)
Circumference Measurements (un-flexed inches):
Neck: 15
Upper Arm: right 11.25 left 11 (Goal: 13)
Fore Arm: 11 (Goal: 12)
Chest: 36.5
Waist: 36.25 (Goal: 35.5)
Hips: 38.5
Thigh: 22.5
Calf: 15.5
Skin Fold Measurements (millimeters):
