Doh. On the upside, I’m lower fat than I’ve ever been. Unfortunately, I’m having a hard time gaining a lot of muscle back.

And I definitely should have been updating (and photographing) more often! Looks like I’m not going to make my goal (since that goal is due tomorrow). And I’ve noticed that I need to have enough sleep, or I just can’t myself to work out the next morning. (ie: staying up until 3am is a bad idea)
