Slightly-Bad news: I’ve been using the scale wrong again. The first time I was weighing on carpet, which messed up the scale’s results. This time I wasn’t always placing my feet in the right spot for the fat readings. Oops.

Body Fat%: 16.1% (Goal: 16%)
I’m 0.1% off from my goal (16%) but I’m calling it a successful project anyway. W00t!
